Pahniti (Tom) Tosuksri is the Director of Product at Grounded Solutions Network, overseeing one of Grounded Solutions Networks' signature programs, HomeKeeper. HomeKeeper is a web-based app built on the Salesforce platform designed to manage affordable homeownership and housing counseling programs. In addition to improving program management practice, the tool also allows organizations to collectively measure impact through data standardization, data aggregation, and sector-wide data analysis for the shared equity homeownership sector. Tom leads the strategic direction of the Salesforce product to enable its participating organizations to drive the scale and support Grounded Solutions' goal of adding more affordable housing units with Lasting Affordability while providing leadership in the non-profit sector on impact measurement and artificial intelligence tools.
