North Peak is on the operations side of achieving the vision of a streamlined, accessible and ‘data-informed ’ way of working. Fundamentally, our job is to implement and grow high-quality Salesforce-based CRM and Grant Management (GMS) solutions designed for the unique goals and strategies of the organizations while being inline with community-norms for a platform-based approach. After launch, our role transitions to providing expert-level Managed Services and Strategic Governance conuslitng for clients to have and maintain a database-centric approach to their work in perpetuity.
